We will be saying goodbye and celebrating Andy’s life on Friday 19th January at 3.15pm at the Milton Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Whielden Lane, Amersham HP7 0ND
and afterwards at the Luke Donald Suite, Hazlemere Golf Club, Penn Road, Hazlemere HP15 7LR
Everyone is warmly welcome to attend, family flowers only but we are happy to accept donations to two charities South Bucks Hospice (Butterfly House) and Brain Tumour Trust.
South Bucks Hospice (Butterfly House) - Andy regularly went to the hospice and made some great friends here and the Brain Tumour Research. Donations can also be made below or on the day of the funeral.
